Almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, dried fruit, and spices combine to make this anti-inflammatory trail mix that you can mix ahead of time to take with you on the go!

Ingredient List

  • 1 cup Cascadian Farm™ organic Oats & Honey Granola
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds or pepitas
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Store in an airtight container until ready to eat.
