ingredients

1egg white
1/2cup butter, softened
1/4cup packed brown sugar
1teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4cups all-purpose flour
1teaspoon baking powder
1/2teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2cups Cascadian Farm® organic oats & honey granola
1cup Cascadian Farm® organic raspberry fruit spread

preparation directions

1.Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 8-inch square pan. In large bowl, beat egg white, butter, brown sugar and vanilla with spoon until creamy.
2.Beat in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir in granola.
3.Press about two-thirds of the dough in bottom of pan. Spread spreadable fruit over dough to within 1/2 inch of edges. Crumble remaining one-third of dough on top of the fruit. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. For bars, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
