1teaspoon olive or vegetable oil
1teaspoon sesame oil
2cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced, or 1 package (1 oz) dried shiitake mushrooms (1/2 cup), stems removed, rehydrated
1box (7.4 oz) Cascadian FarmĀ® frozen organic French-cut green beans with toasted almonds, thawed and drained
1tablespoon tamari or soy sauce

preparation directions

1.In 10-inch skillet, heat oils over medium heat. Cook and stir garlic and mushrooms in oils 2 minutes.
2.Stir in green beans (reserving almond packets). Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with almonds and tamari sauce.
